  78.                     This document contains information about the
  79.                     MIPSpro Fortran 77 7.2.1 compiler.  The F77
  80.                     compiler includes the compiler front ends and
  81.                     man pages.  The MIPSpro F77 compiler supports
  82.                     compilation in 32-bit, 64-bit and high
  83.                     performance 32-bit (n32) modes.  In 64-bit mode,
  84.                     the POINTER data type is 64 bits in size (all
  85.                     other data types are the same size as in 32-bit
  86.                     mode).  For more information about 64-bit mode,
  87.                     please consult the _M_I_P_S_p_r_o _6_4-_b_i_t _P_o_r_t_i_n_g _a_n_d
  88.                     _T_r_a_n_s_i_t_i_o_n _G_u_i_d_e.

  90.                     Compilation in the N32 mode incorporates data
  91.                     type sizes from the 32-bit mode with calling
  92.                     conventions and code generation from the 64-bit
